Our objectives

  1. We want to pave the way for people with disabilities to find jobs in companies where they can fully develop and improve their quality of life. 
  2. We want companies to achieve implementing effective inclusion processes that allow them to have productive, motivated collaborators that help the business to grow.   
  3. With our advice on inclusion for companies, we want to help them comply with NOM-034-STPS-2016 so that they can avoid sanctions and bring about inclusion.

ACCESSIBILITY DIAGNOSIS

Consists of a detailed study of the company’s blueprints and installations during a tour in which we detect areas for improvement and the adaptations that need to be made in order to comply with the LFT (Art. 132, Fracc. XVI) and NOM-034-STPS-2016 (Click here to see document)

RAISING PERSONNEL AWARENESS

Workshops that help collaborators, at every level, know about the inclusion project, its reaches and how they’ll participate.  The priority is that everyone know the basic and correct concepts regarding disability, about reasonable adjustments and how we’ll be with the company every step of the way to facilitate the process.  
We’ll also share our experiences and what we’ve learned through more than 600 inclusions in more than 100 companies across the country.

ADVISING HUMAN RESOURCES

The objective is to train the personnel in this area so that they can conduct effective inclusion processes; using advantages and minimizing risks; promoting a diverse and inclusive environment that facilitates full development for people with disabilities and goal achievement for the organization.  
 
Training includes compatibility analysis of positions with people with disabilities; procedures to access applicable fiscal benefits; training to facilitate inclusion workshops and for recruitment, selection, induction and hiring, among other services.

JOB CENTER

We have a job center for people with disabilities who have graduated from the Empodera program.  If they are hired, we will accompany them through the recruitment, selection, induction and hiring process to achieve an effective and lasting experience.

FOLLOWING UP ON NEW-HIRES

After hiring someone with a disability in your company, we’ll stay close to them, accompanying them, as well as your colleagues.  We want to be there to help solve any situation that may arise in order to achieve an effective and lasting inclusion.
